Hello Andras,

Tell your customer he/she is an idiot.  The effect of this change is likely to 
cause 
interactive users to suffer a 28 second response time while the job running 
with PTY(14) 
TIMESLICE(28000) is active.  Of course this will depend on the exact nature of 
the job but it 
is asking for extremely eratic response.

What is your customer trying to accomplish?
