Free Hardware (No strings attached)

I've just taken two IBM 8235's out of service.  We don't plan on 
using that technology anymore.

For those of you not familiar with 8235's, they are dial-in remote 
LAN access devices (essentially a Shiva LanRover with an IBM 
label).

I'm willing to give them away, since hardware brokers aren't likely 
to be interested.  All you have to do is pay for the shipping.

What's Available:
============
8235-052 =      allows one or two modems to connect to Ethernet 
                                (up to 56Kbps I believe)

8235-002 =      allows up to eight modems to connect to Ethernet 
                                (up to 14.4Kbps I believe)

Who Will Get The Equipment:
=====================
The hardware will be allocated using these priorities:

1) If a university in Ontario wants one or both.  They get first dibs 
since we belong under the same umbrella.

2) If nobody in category #1 wants them, I'll send them to any 
university in North America.

3) If nobody in category #1 or #2 wants them, then its first-come, 
first-served.
