Did anyone else have the Decision Data smoking terminals?  Not fast, they just 
had a habit of starting to smoke.

Seriously, we did once manage to generate fire on an ICL System/4, which
was basically a 360 clone. By forgetting to advance the form after printing
a line on the barrel printer, we made the paper so hot that it started to
burn. Luckily it fell into two pieces before things got really bad. :-)
