I do have some questions though for you structure purest:
What is the functional difference between a Leave, or Iter operation and   
the GOTO and TAG?

I don't think there's any difference between LEAVE and ITER and the dread
GOTO.  On the other hand, since RPG has a very powerful case statement, it's
hard (but probably not impossible) to think of a situation where you need to
use any of them. BTW, EXSR is a goto.  I use that one, though.
