I'm thinking this is not an IBM supplied library.  I would check on the owner
and the actual contents within the library.  What commands, what programs, what
do they provide, etc.  As far as owners the IBM supplied libraries are
typically owned by QSYS or some other type of 'system' profile (QDOC owned by
QDOC, QHTTP owned by QTMHHTTP, etc.).




what release you running?  I dont' have QCCH on this box  v2r3...
