First question:
Why is :H in there twice back to back on the into clause?

Second question:
Why are you using a sum instead of TQTY itself?  You are not doing any 
grouping.  And, you are comparing this Sum with a row value, TLOT.

Third question:
Are both TLOT and TPROD really supposed to be equal to the sum of TQTY?

Maybe the reason that this occasionally works is that, since there is no 
sorting, the rows come up in a different order.
