File Reorganization - IBM Pub for Time Calculation ?

We have 2 large files that we are trying to obtain a good 
estimate on the time required for File Reorganization.  Each 
of the files have 6 dependent logicals for reindexing, and we 
have only a 6 hour window weekly in which to complete the 
reorg within a dedicated environment.

Does anyone know the IBM Pub or Redbook in which the 
formula is contained to calculate this estimate based upon 
system, processor, storage, DASD, disk arms, etc ?
