Lowest  risk & time is  second  system &  SIMDATE   date simulator

You have to  test as much as anyone else with or without modification.
Pure  vendor  upgrades to Y2K compliant levels do not guarantee 100%  end
results. We all goof- and not intentionally either. RIGHT ?
