MKS & Silvon

Folks:

It was brought to my attention that some folks who attended COMMON, who
are subscribers to MIDRANGE-L, are unaware of the nature of the Silvon /
MKS sale.  Apparently, some folks went up to the Silvon booth at the
COMMON expo and asked why they still had a booth... they thought that
Silvon had been bought out entirely by MKS.

Silvon Software only sold it's SDM division to Mortice Kern Systems
(MKS).  The Data Warehousing division of Silvon remains intact.  For
