You
Could you use RTVJOBA to get the pertinent information from the job
and then
do a "WRKSPLFA" and MONMSG CPF3303 (file Not found) and terminate the
program.

Subject: Checking if a spool file exists

Okay this should be real simple, I need to check if a spool file was
created from a program, if it was I want to send it to this overlay software
we have for printing. The problem occurs when no spool file exists, the
software bombs out. We do not have the source to put a monmsg in their
software, so I need to check before I send it there. Is there a way to
check for a spoolfile?

Thanks,, Angie
