It depends on what you want them to do. Examples include:
code html
code net.data
Use Domino.
Currently my boss is toeing the Domino line.

Subject: AS400 Training

Hello all,

I have a "Web" Guru who wants to move from his standalone NT box to
the 400 world. I want to see that he is encouraged all the way. He has
some money for education, and I want to point him in the right
direction. What/Who has a good reputation for providing some serious
web-centric training for the 400?
I looked at IBM's offerings, but there didn't seem to be a whole lot
there.

Any/All help is GREATLY appreciated, Mike
