Express doesn't provide the connection setup because it doesn't use a base
connection (and, no background processes!). Unlike earlier versions, Express
requires you to explicitly put the HOSTS file there yourself (put a file
named HOSTS (no extension) in the Windows folder with the line
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx  system_name
where xxx... is your AS/400's IP address and system_name is the AS/400's
system name. This lets Express connect by system name.
