We basically delete the queues and then create the queues at IPL times. All
you have to know is the specs to create it.

Doe anyone know of a way to automatically delete and
recreate a data queue?
We have data queues that sometimes get pretty large.
Clearing them doesn't
reduce their size, they have to be recreated.
