     I'm surprised that an OVRPRTF is ineffective, but there's another 
     option that comes to mind. I'd think about this twice before 
     implementing it, but you _COULD_ CHGPRTF QSYS/QPJOBLOG DEV(xxxxxx) 
     before the program executes, then change it back after. I don't 
     like solutions like this, since abend will leave your joblogs going 
     to the wrong place, but it should do what you want.......

I need to control the output queue for the job log for certain jobs.  I
tried OVRPRTF with scope *JOB but that was ineffective.  Any suggestions?
