RE: Emailing Reports From The AS/400

My SPLTOOL utility will allow you to do this.  I plan on adding an option to
mail automatically, but for now if you create a text or word doc out of the
spooled file with SPLTOOL and place it in the IFS, you can mail it as an
attachement from there.  You can download the full working version at:

It will even make HTML files out of your spooled files.

Does anybody know how to email reports or other documents from the AS/400?
I know how to do this with merge documents and snddst commands. I need to
use a method that does not use Office Vision and that is native to the
AS/400.
