We've upgraded to v4r3 (from 3.7) last week-end and I'm
still trying to come to grips with all the new stuff, so
here goes:

1. What are these jobs, they're running in QSYSWORK:
QNESOEM
QPASVRS
QZBSEVTM
QTCPMONITR

I assume the last one does some tcp/ip subsystem monitoring,
however I can't find a mention in neither the Work
Management Guide nor in the TCP/IP reference manual.
So a pointer to the right manual is really all I'm looking
for :)

2. There are two PF's in QUSRSYS, QAPZPTF and QAPZREQ. Both
have no locks on them, but trying to access them (with
DSPPFM for example) fails with CPF4234 Input or Output
operations not allowed.
DSPFD reveals that both have 'Allow read' and 'Allow write'
attributes set to NO.
At first I suspected damage and was contemplating a RCLSTG,
but on checking another v4r3 box I found an identical
situation.

The reason I'm asking is that this seems to make it
impossible to back them up (unless maybe if the machine is
in restricted state). What am I missing here?

Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Matthias
