Of cause it does not. 'Last source update date/time' must match the source
date/time of the object. You can create and recreate the object as often as
you want to, thus make a new create date for the object without having any
problem. In fact you are forced to do this from time to time (e.g. from
CISC to RISC).

I have created a utility that will compare the correct date/time's and
