Padman,

I'm sorry but the above is not 100% clear to me. Are you talking about 2
separate access paths?

you're trying to use it by specifying the new key list over the old file.
This will not work. To use the second access path you will need to define
the file a second time in your program. Maybe you have 2 logical files, or
a physical and a logical? They will both have to be in the program.

I doesn't matter which fields you actually specify in the key list. The
program will try to match them to the key fields in the file you're using
them on.
