Re: Operations console on new 170s (V4R3)

One thing to try (it worked for us and the CE was the one who suggested it) is
to remove the cable for the ECS modem from the system (Remove the AS/400 end) 
This seemed to be needed only for the initial contact. After that having the
modem connected did not seem to matter.
