Re: Date conversion technique in QUERY

Query supports date fields now.  You can move a field into a result field 
defined as a date.

The other way is:

                                   (use fixed font):
Query Result Field calculations:

   TEMP1         YOURDATE/100                                   4   0
   YYMMDD       (YOURDATE*10000.01)-(TEMP1*1000000)             6   0



PLEASE NOTE!!! this turns mmddyy to yymmdd!  It'll work the other way too round.


But you know how to do that, now that you've seen this, right?  If not, let me 
know.  (it's been a long day and I don't feel like opening a session to do what 
I am sure you know how to do.)
