But what happens when IBM changes these files?  Then your program no 
longer works.

In the past, I have also gone after IBM's files.  But this is always 
the first thing to break when you install a new release.  If you have 
a choice, you should avoid it.

API's & Commands tend to not be release sensitive.

files"?
