S/36: Don't know. s/38 might contain EDTTXT (?) - a SEU-based texteditor
that still may be used

QUSRTOOL (source) and optionally TAATOOL (Compiled objects) is a very
useful collection of
utilities. Use it for ad-hoc usage. Never use this in production, but copy
source and objects into production if you need it.
Be aware: If you have V3R1M0 you should keep that (rename libs), because
later releases reduces the content significantly.

Only if you share programs with earlier releases

Consider doing a DSPOBJD to *OUTFILE and QRY 'Day last used'.
