This is a true story... Last week the main offices of the Daewoo motor
company in Australia were broken into. The 'thieves' spent sixteen hours
attempting to trash the company's AS400 server. 

How? First they threw the machine down a flight of steps. Next, they ran
it over a couple of dozen times with a forklift truck. Lastly, they
drowned the server with a fire hose. Despite all this, IBM technicians
were able to recover all of the data stored on the drives. It is
believed that the culprits were attempting to destroy evidence of a
possible embezzlement.
