9999 has been a spooled file limit per job since 1979, and it will be rough
for IBM to fix this.  Also, this is not a common error.  If you have a
batch job that generated=s many spooled files, you should:

1.      Put a counter in the job that counts the number of spools.
Alternatively, you could retrieve the job information, but this would
likely be more coding work, and possibly more overhead.

2.      After generating spooled file number 9998, the job needs to resubmit
itself, and terminate gracefully.
