     Why not just code the CLP to resubmit itself and to run in xx minutes. 
     In order to avoid the problem with queuing up behind other jobs, 
     create a job queue just for that job, and run it with a batch class in 
     your controlling subsystem.  The subsystem and the job queue will 
     always be available.  If you would like some sample CL to do the time 
     calculation and the resubmit, email me directly, I'll send along the 
     code.
