I am trying to use the Run Remote Command to run a query on another
AS/400 and have the report spooled on the originating AS/400. I think
I can do that because the manual says, "When the command is sent
to the remote system, the local system waits for the command to complete
and the output from the remote command will be sent back to the local
system and placed in a spooled file". My command is:

   RUNRMTCMD CMD('RUNQRY TEFFJ/ZERO_QTYS') +
                               RMTLOCNAME(S10A11AA *SNA) +
RMTUSER(my user profile on that system) +
                               RMTPWD(my password on that system)

These two AS/400s are connect via SNADS. We use pass through, ddm,
sndnetf, etc. on a daily basis between these machines.

When I run my command, I get the message:

Cannot resolve to object CMINIT. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority
X'0000'.

I did a WRKOBJ *ALL/CMINIT and I see it exists in QSYS2 on both systems.
QSYS2 is in the system portion of the library list on both systems. My user
id
is in the system directory on both systems.

I have looked in the system log and do not see any relevant messages as
to
why this isn't working. Am I doing something wrong here? Am I not
understanding the manual. Thanks for any help.
