 It's from the default AG.  The ILE pgm had an AG of *NEW.  This didn't
work.  Changing the AG to *CALLER made this code work.  Does OPNQRYF have
to specify the scope as *JOB or should the OVRDBF be enough?

 Normally I'd agree, but this being called from an OPM pgm in an existing
application.  Sometimes you don't have much choice!
