In a CLP, do:

DCL             VAR(&SYSLVL) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(9)
RTVOBJD    OBJ(QSYS/QSYS) OBJTYPE(*LIB) SYSLVL(&SYSLVL)

The &SYSLVL will be the release you are on.
