Re: DSPF38 -> DSPF

Hi Bruce.. it would be nice if that worked... but with reference fields in
the code in the old field_name.record_format filename.library format that
doesn't work... SEU will indicate that the REFFLD format is invalid when the
type is changed to DSPF.
