Bruce,

I appreciate what you are saying, BUT, why would re-compiling a "plain-old" CL
program recreate the access plan?  (BTW, I had already done that).  The
statements are run dynamically through the use of RUNSQLSTM command provided
with SQL4/Less.

Further reading of the CPF message says that the plan is being rebuilt because
of ....  So, if it is rebuilt, why does it need to rebuild it EVERY time?

If you would like, we can take this off-line to better discuss this.
