Yes - but only because it is <VBG> - it will not only fail the test but
will also fail on the Move.

In V4R2 and later you can omit the indicator and code for the error
condition using %Error.

e.g.

 C     *ISO        Test(E)                 NumDate
 C                 If         Not %Error
 C    ....... do stuff
