Not to be sarcastic, but if you wouldn't mind, let me know how it turns
out?  I think you need a degree in astrophysics to create a QMFORM.  I
just use the default form and if it isn't satisfactory I write an RPG.
Your feedback will help me determine if I actually SHOULD spend some
time trying to decipher those QMFORM specifications.  You can get an
example by creating a regular 400 query and then using RTVQMFORM command
to turn it into a QMFORM.
