One way is to take the image (Paintbrush, etc.) and print it through the 
IBM AFP printer driver.  http://www.printers.ibm.com/afpdr.html    The 
printer driver will make a PC file containing the IPDS instructions.  You 
move this PC file to the AS400 and run CRTPAGSEG to create a page segment 
object.  Paul Tykodi has posted the detailed instructions to the list 
previously, and somebody put them on a web site:

Do you mean that the overlay is printing on the back?  Change your OVRPRTF 
to BACKOVL(*NONE) and see if that helps.  If you mean that your program 
output is printing on the back, make the printer file DUPLEX(*NO) and it'll 
print on the front only.
