Michael,

Many people on the list could probably offer educated guesses as to why those
logicals won't restore (The based on physical doesn't exist?), but the true
reason is embedded in the joblog of the job that you are signed on to.

Set your logging to a very low level (CHGJOB * LOG(4 0 *SECLVL) LOGCLPGM(*YES))
and try the command again.  Then read the joblog.  It will tell you exactly why
these files won't restore.
