  • Subject: Query/400 using replacement variables
  • From: Roger Boucher <RBoucher@xxxxxxxxxxx>

I have tried using replacement variables in an IBM Query (as seen in
some recent postings) and it worked very nicely when selecting on an
alpha field. But when I changed the same query by simply selecting on a
numeric field instead, no luck! The query ran but did not select any
records. Is there something special I must do with numeric data
selection? When I ran it as a straight QMQRY it ran correctly.

Thanks for any help!
