You need to be connected to the AS400.
You need to issue the STRDBGSVR command on the 400.
The program must be compiled on the AS400 with
an appropriate DBGVIEW to let you see either source
or listing.
You click the bug on the Code toolbar, when the
Debugger Initialising window comes up, go to
your "connected" AS400 session and fill in any
parms on your CALL command.  After that, you
should be in debug mode!
