Getting serious for a moment, I do a pitch on System Values at COMMON (and a few other places - I've done it 200+ times since 1987 when I created it for the System/38). It is generally considered to be one of the absolutely authoritative kernel of knowledge about System Values. (In all humility.)
In the past IBM has hired me to give this presentation for all of the Work Management developers, and (because I dumped so much #$%@ on their documentation) actually hired me to help fix it for V1R3. (I snuck my initials into the documentation, but they caught it and removed it after several releases.)
Although I have a policy not to ship handouts (because somebody might modify them improperly, or steal my work), I do have a PDF for this talk at V4R3, and I would be happy to e-mail it to anyone who asks. The handout is very detailed, 162 pages. What I do is stand up, point out interesting things and tell jokes. (I've used the same ones for 11 years, and everybody still laughs.)
