IBM's STRRMTWTR works pretty good; you have to create your output queue
with some additional parameters to point it towards your other system.

Broderick has a program that does the same thing, with a bit more flourish
on the implementation.  (Broderick did it before IBM realized it was a nice
feature).

I don't know if Broderick is still worth the extra money now that IBM's is
built in; but we're still using it between our 2 main systems.  For our
remote AS/400s, we're using IBM's.
