I agree!  I am not familiar with Quick Books, but we do use another 
popular PC based accounting package.

If there was a low cost package that ran on the AS/400, I'd buy it in 
a minute.

I think QUICKEN's QUICKBOOKS should go on the 400.  Many small 
businesses
that do NOT need large accounting system that COST big $$$$$$$$$$
