i also recommend CPI-C, but the main problems with CPI-C (beign SNA
communications) is the lack of support in TCP/IP only environment (yes you
can run AnyNet with tcp/ip but need to use NS/Router or similar)

Would be nice a way to run CPI-C programs (or these with not too changes)
in an real TCP/IP only environment.
I don't sure if this can be made, i think is needed to develop some types
of winsock (C language) program. also would be great if the functions in
cpi-c (using RPG by example) could be a similiar way to use winsock calls.
