I do this the old-fashioned but MOST FLEXIBLE way: I have a "Day" file. I store
on record for each day.

This way, the user can determine which days are work days and which aren't. For
example, in Muslim countries, Friday is the sabbath. They work six days a week.

This also allows for "special" days off, weekend work, etc etc.
