Subject: File level

I have a 1-character field in my customer master file that is not in
use. I now want to use it for a different purpose than it was intended
for, oh, about 12 years ago. <g>

If I change only the TEXT on that field and recreate the file, will the
file level change and I'll get level checks or not? I'm going to test
this today.

I assume if I change the field _name_ the file level will change.
