Read the book carefully.  There are some PTF's that you'll need that should be 
sent to you on a spearate CD.  These PTF's must be on the V3 machine PRIOR to 
the upgrade to V4.

We'll be upgrading one machine from V3R7 to V4R3 this weekend.  We know of 
another company doing the same thing.  (A sold off division).
