     Information Builders has a product known as Focus 6 that is capable of 
     creating any report from just about any platform or database, and 
     saving the results as an HTML document.  The reports can be dynamic, 
     (go get the data at request time) or static (prebuil (fast)).

I'm looking for a product that will allow data selection from an AS/400 
and present the results back to the user via a web browser interface.
