Not to take away from what Brad has done...but there is a page range tool
in the "new and improved"?? QUSRTOOL.  I found it on V4R2 and V4R3.  It
uses exit programs or some such.  Not had time to try it but I just
stumbled across it.  Oh now for the kicker, it is written in C.

Erick,
I have a shareware product that may help you.  It's called SPLTOOL
(Spooled File Tools) and can be downloaded at:
http://prairie.lakes.com/~bvstone/as400sw.html
It allows the printing of page ranges to a TCPIP printer by creating a
duplicate of the spooled file with only the pages you select.  It also
lets you download the spooled file to folders, or the IFS.
