Its is still a LAN card, no matter the application on the  FSIOP.  Get
youself one of those Shiva things(or compatable) crank up TCP on the 400
and telnet away.

That was my first shoot-from-the-hip answer.  Then it dawned on me that
they are using a fsiop on the AS/400 and are using the AS/400 as their LAN
server.  At that point I decided I was in a discussion that was wayyyy over
my head.  So, your answer is similar to mine.  What should they get then?
That'd be the next question.
