Get out the backup & recovery guide...
 
Using a total system backup tape, follow the procedures for reload
of LIC, which is an option 24 from control panel.

This clears source load drive and unhooks all other drives... When this
is finished,,,, ship it out.... This is a barely functioning
machine......
and nobody short of IBM is going to get any data off........
