What do you think?

""Chapter 2000 - IT Bankruptcy

Washington, D.C. ---- The Year 2000 crisis is the first major
hurdle we have to face in our new "Information Age". To meet
the financial problems in the "Industrial Age" we created the
concept of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, preventing actions by
creditors until a corporation can take control over its finances.
Why do we not create a "Chapter 2000" that will enable
corporations to remediate all their IT systems, communicate
with suppliers and vendors, and protect them from litigation.

Under the control of the Courts, or similar legal entity, this
would allow
a period of grace, and save the nation billions, maybe trillions of dollar
s of unnecessary litigation.
