Irritating isn't it. I've always found it in the registry (REGEDIT). I don't 
remember if it's in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE or HKEY_CURRENT_USER, but the subkey (I 
think) is SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run (and RunServices). IBM 
puts some trash in there that's completely useless. Export the key to a text 
file just in case. Delete whatever looks like you may not need it and reboot. 
If it doesn't work, import the key you saved and try again. Be careful not to 
change anything else though. You can always reinstall CA, but there is stuff in 
the registry that could make you reinstall NT if you messed it up (Been there. 
Not pretty. Takes 3 days to get it all working again.)
