You can perform an OVRrIDe in the RPg by using the
oPen and cloSe opcodes on a file that is user
controlled (UC) and then using qCmdeXc to perform
the oVeRRides. If you were to construct a
database file with the library, file, member etc
that you wanted to override from and to (or what
ever), you could include a process in the pGm,
that you want to run in baTCh, to open and close
the obJeCts based on the contents of the file! Of
course you would still be using the oVeRridE
command but your file processing could be
externallized!!!
